80 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, she has to improve health and safety standards at Lismire national school, Newmarket, County Cork; and if she will have arrangements made for an immediate inspection with a view to refurbishing this school. [2109/96]

My Department's technical advisers inspected this school in November with regard to improving health and safety standards. Plans are now being drawn up for a refurbishment of the school and I expect the work to be completed this year.
