Temporary Questions Rota 1 speech

The Minister of State moves to temporarily change the sequence of Ministers receiving oral questions, after which the existing rota would resume.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in the Resolution of the Dáil of 15 December 1994, setting out the rota in which Questions to members of the Government are to be asked, Questions for oral answer, following those next set down to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, shall be set down to Ministers in the following temporary sequence:

Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Defence and Minister for the Marine,

and

Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications,

whereupon the sequence established by the Resolution of 15 December 1994, shall continue with Questions to the Minister for Finance.
