Ahern asked the Minister for Education if she will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Louth who has a special need in relation to her speech but who due to her age is not in a position to avail of the early start programme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As previously indicated to the Deputy the child in question is enrolled in the Early Start Pre-school unit at Redeemer Girls' School, Dundalk, for the current school year.
