94 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Education if provision will be made for the special tuition needs of a child (details supplied) in County Cavan; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [13081/97]

My Department's inspectorate is currently investigating the needs of the child in question. Once the inspectorate's report is received, consideration will be given to the question of special educational provision.
