140 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will allow a late application in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, under the agrimonetary package regarding animals sold and slaughtered in the period 1 April 1997 to 10 June 1997 in view of the fact that the application was lodged three days after the closing date on 10 November 1997 and there were some technical difficulties involved in completing the application.
