Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the date the new milk quota regulations were signed by him; when the milk quota regulations were placed in the Dáil Library; when they were made available to the Members of Dáil Éireann and the public; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I signed the European Communities (Milk Quota) Regulations, 2000 – S.I. No. 94 of 2000 – on 30 March 2000. They were placed in the Dáil Library on 4 April 2000 and were available to the public as and from that date.
