I remind the House about the time limits that apply to these questions.

I wish my opposite number, Deputy McGinley, and Deputy Browne well in their new responsibilities in shadowing the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands. I also wish to congratulate my new Minister of State, Deputy Coughlan, on her elevation to her new position. I thank my outgoing Minister of State, Deputy Ó Cuív, with whom I have had a very special working relationship. It has been a tremendous pleasure to work with him over the past three and a half years.
