228 Mr. D'Arcy asked the Minister for Education and Science when the roof of St. Ibar's school, Castlebride, County Wexford, will be fixed; and when the extension to the school will be started. [12438/01]

In view of the large number of school building projects being dealt with by my Department at present, it is not possible at this point to provide a timeframe as to when the proposed building project at St. Ibar's national school, Castlebridge, County Wexford, can be included for capital funding.

The school authorities will be informed of any developments in the matter.
