319 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she will shortly be in a position to make a recommendation on the application by RTE for a significant increase in the licence fee; if the team of consultants she appointed to assist in the assessment of the merits of the increase received all the information they required for their task; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
