Joe Walsh Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh) Fianna Fáil

I propose to take Questions Nos. 244 and 265 together.

Following detailed discussions between my Department and the farming organisations, the on-farm market valuation has been phased in since February 2001 for certain TB and brucellosis breakdown situations. Discussions are continuing in relation to the further rolling out of the scheme.
