105 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Finance the situation regarding the transfer of State laboratories from the site of Campus Ireland in Abbotstown to a new location at Backweston Farm outside Lucan; if projected costs are still on track; and if he is in a position to provide an indicative timetable for the completion of the transfer. Tenders for the construction of the new laboratories will be invited shortly, with completion expected in late 2004. The estimated cost of the project remains at £157 million which includes siteworks, construction costs, VAT, design team fees, inflation etc.
