59 Miss Fox asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will provide additional remedial teachers for the Grange-Con/Stratford-on-Slaney schools; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24851/01]

I am aware of the situation to which the Deputy refers. The needs of the schools in question will be fully considered in the event of additional learning support teacher posts becoming available for allocation.
