455 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the number of EU directives currently outstanding and must be implemented by her Department through regulation or legislation. [8224/02]

One directive awaits transposition in my Department. Directive 93/7/EEC deals with cultural objects unlawfully removed from the territory of a member state. It will be transposed by means of a statutory instrument.
