The company to which the Deputy refers holds a current tax clearance certificate issued by the Office of the Revenue Commissioners which is valid for the period from 12 June 2001 to 12 June 2002. It is the policy of my Department to ensure that all companies in receipt of ferry subsidies are tax compliant.
