154 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim is entitled to a farm retirement pension. [11324/02]

My Department has not received an application under the early retirement scheme from the person named. His eligibility cannot be determined until a formal application is received and examined, as there are conditions that must be satisfied both by an applicant and a transferee.
