Ruling on overseas aid priority question
Allen objected that his priority question on overseas aid had been disallowed despite the issue being discussed during Leaders’ Questions, and accused the Chair of inconsistency. The Ceann Comhairle rejected the point of order, offered to discuss the ruling later, and pressed Allen to withdraw his remarks; Allen eventually offered a conditional withdrawal.
