Postponed suspension division

Summary

The Ceann Comhairle announced that the postponed division on suspending Deputy Penrose would be taken under Standing Order 61.

Rory O'Hanlon An Ceann Comhairle Fianna Fáil

Before coming to the Order of Business, I must deal with a postponed division relating to the suspension of a Member. Last Thursday, 17 February 2005, on the question, "That Deputy Penrose be suspended from the service of the Dáil", a division was claimed and, in accordance with Standing Order 61, that division must be taken now.
