Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received a submission from Fingal County Council in respect of a grant towards the cost of the replacement of the steel windows in local authority houses (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if so, when it is expected that he will be in a position to respond to the request. Fingal County Council has submitted a proposal to my department in respect of a Remedial Works Scheme to Mourne View Estate in Skerries. This proposal is currently under examination.
