1440 Mr. McHugh asked the Minister for Education and Science if her Department has concluded its examination of the information supplied in relation to a school (details supplied) in County Galway; the outcome and conclusions reached arising from the examination; if the examination has not been complete when same will be complete; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The examination of the information supplied in relation to the school to which the Deputy refers is currently under way. As part of this examination an analysis is also being carried out on matters such as population growth, demographic trends, current and projected enrolments, recent and planned housing developments and the capacity of existing schools to meet the immediate demand for accommodation.
