273 Deputy Jim O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism if his attention has been drawn to the identity of each statutory instrument, falling within his Department’s remit, which has statutory effect under the European Communities Act 1972 or other legislation specifically relating to same; if he will provide a list of such statutory instruments having statutory effect; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In so far as it has been possible to compile material in the timeframe available the table lists the Statutory Instruments made by my Department from 2005 to date.
