264 Deputy Tony Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a decision has been made on the application of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20; and if, pending a decision, he will make arrangements to allow this person travel to Sweden with a neighbourhood youth project group in August 2008. I have been informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person referred to by the Deputy is the subject of a Family Reunification application made by his father in February 2006. I have also been informed that the Immigration Division has recently been in contact with his father requesting further documentation and that on receipt of a response the application will be processed further.
