236 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will list all statutory instruments signed by her or agencies under the aegis of her Department in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010; the date on which the statutory instrument was published in Iris Oifigiúil; the date on which it was laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas; and if she will make a statement on the matter. With regard to Statutory Instruments made by my Department, the volume of information sought by the Deputy is such that it would not be practical to provide it in this format. I have therefore arranged for this information to be sent to the Deputy as a separate document.

Statutory Instruments made by agencies under my Department's aegis is an operational matter for the agencies themselves and my Department does not hold this information.
