425 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will list all statutory instruments signed by him or agencies under the aegis of his Department in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010; the date on which the statutory instrument was published in Iris Oifigiúil; the date on which it was laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
