26 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Finance the reasons a person (details supplied) has not been allocated a P45 by their employer the Health Service Executive; the mechanism that is available to the person to ensure the form is allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the HSE have confirmed a P45 was issued to the named individual on 24th January 2011.
