141 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Meath has been refused a medical card; and if she will reverse this decision immediately in view of the fact that the person cannot afford to visit a doctor due to low income and medication expenses.
