540 Deputy Brendan Ryan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if, in view of the 2007 agreement with Carrick-on-Suir Town Council (details supplied), Iarnród Eireann will honour its agreement to provide adequate staffing at the manual railway level crossing at Cregg Road, Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
