Seamus Healy asks when the Water Services Bill will clarify proposed metering and flat charges; the Taoiseach says it will be published this session.

The Government is proposing to introduce unfair and anti-family water taxes. Recent reports suggest that as many as one third of connections cannot be metered and will be the subject of a flat tax. Similar reports, or maybe the same reports-----
