‹ Order of Business Trust law reform Bill
Summary
Deputy Butler asks when the Bill consolidating and reforming trustee law will be published; the Minister says no publication date is available.
Could I ask the Minister when publication is expected on the trust Bill to reform and consolidate the law relating to trustees so as to deal better with and protect trust assets?
