Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide in tabular form a breakdown of all third level courses, training programmes and courses provided for employees of his Department, and the accompanying cost, for the 2013-14 academic year, from 1 September 2013 to the end of June 2014. My Department's expenditure on third level courses, training programmes and courses for the period 1 September 2013 to 30 June 2014 year amounted to €205,496.

39 applications were approved under the Payment and Refund of Fees Scheme at a cost of €116,905. The range of courses and their associated cost is outlined in the tables below:
