Organisation of the Technical Group
Deputy Thomas Pringle challenges the handling of the Technical Group and alleges unfair treatment, while the Ceann Comhairle says he has no discretion, refers the matter to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, and repeatedly orders Pringle to resume his seat. Pringle refuses, and the Ceann Comhairle asks him to leave; Deputy Clare Daly says legal advice has been sought.
