Nursing Staff Contracts

420. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Health the reason Health Service Executive permanent contracts of employment do not recognise years of service when nurses are being offered new contracts of employment or make provision to pay them increments on the basis of job experience; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
