Dáil
‹ Order of Business Guerin commission terms of reference
Summary
Gerry Adams asked when the Government approved the commission’s terms of reference; the Taoiseach identified 19 November and agreed to confirm it.
Will the Taoiseach tell the Dáil when the Government agreed the terms of reference for the commission of investigation as recommended by the Guerin report?
Comment on this
I will check that for the Deputy because I cannot recall. I think it was 19 November.

Will the Taoiseach send me that confirmation?
