Deputy Seán Conlan asked the Minister for Health if he will ensure that Health Service Executive districts implement the same policy as the executive has in place in County Galway in allowing interviews to take place via Skype for eligible applicants who were forced to emigrate (details supplied) and who wish to return home to work; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
