Taoiseach question time availability
Deputy Micheál Martin criticises the Taoiseach for not rescheduling missed Question Time sessions and reducing his availability, while the Taoiseach says he will address the 81 EU questions; further interjections concern the dispute and Dáil reform.
On a point of order, there are 81 questions on the European Union on the Order Paper.

The issue concerns the European Council meeting that took place six months ago. The Taoiseach does not reschedule the Question Time sessions he misses and has halved the number of occasions on which he is available to take questions. It is farcical.
