Summary

McGrath raises Tusla funding cuts affecting lone parents in south Tipperary and links the matter to the Children First Bill; the Chair rules it out of order and asks him to pursue it elsewhere.

I have a third issue to raise.

Could Deputy McGrath please adhere to the rulings of the Chair? He knows he is out of order. It is happening every day.
