General practitioner service scheme
Mattie McGrath disputes the Taoiseach’s claim that 100 GPs a day are joining the new scheme, citing only two in Tipperary and missing regional data. The Taoiseach maintains that substantial numbers are enrolling and refers him to the Bill scheduled for the following day.
I am sorry I have to go back to something I raised yesterday about the Health (General Practitioner Service) Act 2014. The Taoiseach told me that 100 GPs per day were signing up to the scheme. Only two have signed up in Tipperary.

I do not know who is giving the Taoiseach information but he is misleading the House.

The Government was supposed to publish the list of people who had signed up, including details of where they are, by Monday but that has not happened. Will the Taoiseach withdraw his comments from yesterday that 100 GPs per day are signing up?

It is the Health (General Practitioner Service) Act 2014. There is no point in giving a reply-----

I cannot speak for the GPs in Tipperary. I pointed out sizable numbers are joining this scheme every day.
