313. Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a payment under the single payment scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36252/15]

My Department received a 2015 Transfer of Entitlement Allocation Right form from the person named on 7th May 2015. The details on the application form received indicated a discrepancy between the land area declared on the transfer application and the land area declared on the Basic Payment Scheme application submitted by the person named.

My Department wrote to the person named on 10th August 2015 to rectify the discrepancy. No reply has been received to date. When a reply has been received my Department will progress the processing of his application.
