Tyre industry regulatory charge
Mattie McGrath objects to a proposed €75 million quango and monopoly affecting tyre wholesalers, retailers and motorists. The exchange becomes disorderly, with the Chair repeatedly directing him to raise the matter through a parliamentary question.
