475. Deputy Áine Collins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [38261/15]

My Department received a 2015 Private Contract Clause application from the person named. The application has been processed and payments due under the Basic Payment Scheme will issue shortly.

In relation to the application received under the Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme, payment has now issued to the person named.
