The Minister for Education and Skills indicated this morning that the Education (Admission to Schools) Bill will not be brought to the Dáil during the Government's term. Will the Taoiseach explain why that Bill has not been prioritised and, indeed, if his party objected to it? Would the Taoiseach agree that the shelving of the schools admissions Bill represents a failure, particularly for the Labour Party, of the reform programme with regard to education? There have been failures on the three issues of the schools admissions Bill, divestment and junior certificate reform-----
