Athlone flooding compensation
Deputy Troy pressed the Taoiseach to honour a promised expansion of flood compensation for businesses in Carrick O’Brien and Golden Island, saying four weeks had passed without action. The Ceann Comhairle repeatedly ruled the matter outside the Order of Business and asked him to raise it privately or through the proper procedure.
