Unused Kerry health units

Summary

Deputy Ferris said two completed Kerry health units remained empty because staffing was unavailable, and he highlighted the lack of child and adolescent mental health beds. The Taoiseach said the units were built for a purpose and pointed to efforts to recruit nurses and medical staff.
