Question time procedure

Summary

The Chair reminds Deputies to respect the timing rules, clarifies that replies are limited to two minutes, and then calls on the shadow Minister.

Deputies are all familiar with the rules, and I do not want to be interfering all the time. I ask them to keep an eye on the clock.
