Summary

Deputy Durkan asks when the promised criminal law (sexual offences) Bill, including minimum sentences for repeat offenders and incest penalties, will come before the House. The Tánaiste says it is a priority and progress is expected this year.

Bernard Durkan Deputy Bernard J. Durkan Fine Gael

I ask the Tánaiste if and when this legislation will be brought before the House, given its importance.
