Business Committee and speaking rules
Members continued joking and arguing around the business schedule, with questions about what would happen if the Brexit debate moved and whether any proposal was actually agreed. The Chair insisted on following the Business Committee’s arrangements, and Deputies criticised the usefulness of the committee and the consultation process.

If the Brexit debate is moving to Wednesday, that means that votable business that was scheduled for Wednesday will now be on Thursday afternoon.
