Deputy Michael Harty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) will receive the single farm payment and the area aid payment both of which were due for payment in September and October 2019; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named submitted a 2019 Basic Payment /Areas of Natural Constraints Schemes application on 30th April 2019.

The application of the person named was selected for a Remote Sensing eligibility inspection. This inspection has now been finalised and the person named was notified of the outcome on 15th November 2019. Payments due under the Direct Payment Schemes will now be processed and will issue to the nominated bank account of the person named as soon as possible.
