Deputy Pat Buckley asked the Minister for Health the status of the mental health budget for 2020; the monthly breakdown of allocation and spending of funds; if funds have been added to planned spending either as front loading or as new funds for the period of the Covid-19 crisis; and the planned expenditure for the remainder of 2020.
