EU agricultural talks debate
Deputy Carthy opposed the first proposal and demanded an तत्काल debate on the EU agricultural talks and CAP redistribution, arguing current negotiations would disadvantage Irish farmers. The Chair tried to halt the detail, but Carthy continued pressing for Ministerial accountability.
