Interruptions over tunnel complaint
A heated exchange broke out between Deputies Griffin and Healy-Rae after the tunnel issue, with repeated interventions from the Chair. The Leas-Cheann Comhairle repeatedly called for order, ruled Deputy Griffin out of order, and eventually moved the House on.

I am going to make a statement now. Deputy Griffin is completely out of order. Deputy Danny Healy-Rae had the floor and he was asking his question on Leaders' Questions. Deputy Griffin is completely and utterly out of order.
