Assisted decision-making and wildlife bills

Summary

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked for assurances on the assisted decision-making amendment Bill and later sought a reply on the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill. Minister O'Gorman said the assisted decision-making Bill would be published within two weeks, and Minister of State Noonan said the Wildlife Bill would be returned to the Order Paper.

Will I get a reply on the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill?

Malcolm Noonan Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage Green Party

I thought I had written a reply to the Deputy. We will endeavour to get the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill back on the Order Paper. It fell with the last Dáil but it is ready to go and we would like to get it through the Houses.
